The Tuck Box starter pack contents differ slightly from the Give me Raw box and that's to give your dog a chance to convert from other dog food (kibble) more easily. You will find there is more chicken and turkey as these are blander and less likely to upset your dogs stomach. As we mentioned earlier you can get an extensive amount of advice from web sites such as A RAW START EXPLAINED and BARF UK  and RAWFEEDER recommends you read what they have to say before commencing. A basic guide is to feed your dog its last kibble meal 12 to 24 hrs.  before starting your RAWFEEDER tuck box.

For the first 4 days stick to using the chicken mince, feeding your dog twice daily, about half the amount of its daily requirement, adding some minced veg to bulk out the meal. After the 4th day, increase the amount of chicken mince, then in the second week you can start to introduce a raw egg, the oily fish, and the chicken wings, but wait until week 3 before feeding your dog any Offal.

A good way of monitoring how things are going is to check the dogs poo, if it's very white and chalky then there could be too much bone content in the mince, so adding some chicken meat will reduce the level until your dog adjusts.
