📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders placed before 1 PM Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday are shipped the following Monday.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: No – shipping is free across the UK on all orders.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Q: What if my delivery is delayed or arrives damaged?

A: Keep raw and cooked meals frozen until use. Thaw in the fridge and use within 2–3 days. Never refreeze once thawed.

Q: Can I mix raw food with dry food?
A: Yes, many pet owners combine raw or cooked meals with dry food. Introduce changes gradually to avoid upsetting your pet’s stomach.
