Q: What do you sell?
A: We offer a range of complete raw meals, single-protein raw meals, and natural raw treats for dogs - freshly frozen and delivered across the UK.

Q: Is raw food suitable for my dog?
A: Raw feeding suits most dogs and provides a natural, biologically appropriate diet. If your dog has a health condition or you're unsure, we recommend checking with your vet.

Q: Are your products suitable for puppies?
A: Yes. Our raw meals are suitable for puppies, adults, and seniors. Check each product description for feeding guidance.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders placed before 1 PM Monday-Thursday are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday are shipped the following Monday.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is free across the UK on qualifying orders - see our Shipping Policy for details.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Q: What if my delivery is delayed or arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us at woof@rawfeeder.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return food items?
A: Due to the perishable nature of raw food, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or defrosted products. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days.

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Email us at woof@rawfeeder.co.uk with your order details. If approved, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Storage & Feeding

Q: How should I store raw meals?
A: Keep raw meals frozen until use. Thaw in the fridge and use within 2-3 days. Never refreeze once thawed.

Q: How much should I feed my dog?
A: As a guide, feed roughly 2-3% of your dog's ideal body weight per day. Feeding guidance is on each product page, and amounts vary with age, weight, and activity.
