At PetFood 2U, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure your pet enjoys the freshest and highest-quality raw dog food. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, please review the following guidelines:
Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With tags
-
In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to:

Return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
