Ordering

All orders are subject to product availability, approval, and acceptance. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order. Payment processing and order acknowledgement (including an order confirmation email and order number) do not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the products to you. Only then is a contract created between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you. This may happen if a product is out of stock, there are limits on our products, there is an error in the price or product description, we are unable to authorise your payment, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria in these Terms. We only sell and deliver our products within the United Kingdom.

Prices and Payments

Prices (including VAT) are those shown on the order pages when you place your order.
If VAT changes between your order date and dispatch, we will adjust the VAT unless you have already paid in full.
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout; otherwise the full price applies.
If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or reject your order.
Payments are securely processed online using Shopify Payments.
You must pay in full (including delivery charges) before dispatch.
By using a debit/credit card or PayPal, you confirm the account or card is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Invoices are emailed when the products are dispatched.

Liability

Unless specifically agreed in writing, we are not liable for losses caused by delays in delivery, damage caused by mishandling of products after delivery, or orders marked as delivered by the courier with proof of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct contact details so couriers can send delivery updates.
