These Terms & Conditions apply to the products we offer for sale on our website. By purchasing an item or ordering a product from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. You agree with our terms and conditions by placing orders from the website https://petfood2u.co.uk/. When a customer (name on the order) places an order, we will do business with you under the following terms.

Ordering

All orders are subject to product availability, approval, and acceptance.

By making a purchase (i.e., placing an order on our website or through other provided methods), you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) selected in your order details. Payment processing and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an order confirmation email confirming the order placement/processing status and assigning an order number) do not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Our approval of your order takes place when we dispatch the products to you. Only then is a contract created between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you. This may happen if:

• A product is out of stock

• There are unexpected limits on our products

• There is an error in price or product description

We only sell our products in the United Kingdom. We promote our website solely in the UK and may not accept orders from outside the UK.

Prices and Payments

• Prices (including VAT) are those shown on the order pages when you place your order.

• If VAT changes between your order date and dispatch, we will adjust the VAT unless you have already paid in full.

• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout; otherwise, the full price applies.

• If an error in pricing occurs, we may contact you for instructions or reject your order.

• Payments are securely processed online using Shopify Payments.

• You must pay in full (including delivery charges) before dispatch.

• By using a debit/credit card or PayPal, you confirm that the account/card is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

• Business customers must pay in full without deductions, set-off, or counterclaims.

Invoices are emailed when the products are dispatched.

Liability

Unless specifically agreed in writing, we are not liable for losses caused by delays in delivery.

We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling products, especially liquid items.

We are not liable for orders marked as delivered by DPD with proof of delivery.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct contact details so couriers can send delivery updates.

By purchasing from PetFood 2U Ltd, you acknowledge that you are aware of all health and safety requirements relating to the products and their application. You accept full liability for the consequences of your actions and acknowledge that PetFood 2U Ltd is not obliged to report any misuse or abuse of the products purchased.
