Shipping Policy

Everything we send is frozen, so we ship it the way frozen food needs to be shipped — quickly, early in the week, and never over a weekend. Here’s exactly how it works.

Delivery charges

Orders of £70 or more: free UK mainland delivery
Orders under £70: a flat £3.95, whatever the weight

When we dispatch

We pick and pack Monday to Thursday only, so nothing frozen sits in a depot over a weekend.

Order before 10am, Monday to Thursday, and we dispatch the same day.
Order after 10am, Monday to Wednesday, and we dispatch the next working day.
Order after 10am Thursday, or any time Friday to Sunday, and we dispatch the following Monday.

When same day dispatch isn't possible

Nearly all orders go out on time, but now and then an order placed before the cut off has to go the next working day instead. This can happen:

during busy periods, such as the weeks around Christmas, Easter and bank holidays, or when we're running a sale
when something in your order is waiting on a delivery from the supplier
if the courier's collection from us is late or missed
in severe weather, or other things outside our control

Public holidays also move dispatch on by a working day. If you need your order by a particular day, please email woof@rawfeeder.co.uk before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

How long it takes

We use a next day delivery service, so most orders arrive the working day after we dispatch them. For example, order before 10am on a Tuesday and your box will normally arrive on Wednesday.

In exceptional cases, such as courier delays, severe weather or very busy periods, a delivery can take an extra day. If that happens we'll keep you updated.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us, and you can follow it on our site or the courier's.

Where we deliver

UK mainland only — we don’t ship internationally.

We’re currently unable to deliver to the following postcode areas, as they’re outside a timeframe we’d trust with frozen food:

AB · DD · IV · KW · PA · PH · PA40 · PH26

Apologies if that’s you — we’d rather say no than send you a box of thawed meat.

If something goes wrong

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at woof@rawfeeder.co.uk if your order arrives late, damaged, defrosted, or incomplete. Photos help. We’ll refund or replace — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
