Shipping Policy

Everything we send is frozen, so we ship it the way frozen food needs to be shipped — quickly, early in the week, and never over a weekend. Here’s exactly how it works.

Free shipping over £70

Spend £70 or more and UK mainland delivery is free. Below that, delivery is charged by weight:

Up to 14kg — £6.95
14–28kg — £13.90
28–42kg — £20.85
42–56kg — £27.80
Each additional 14kg — £6.95

When we dispatch

We pick and pack Monday to Thursday only. This isn’t us being awkward — it’s so nothing frozen sits in a depot over a weekend.

Order before 10am, Monday to Thursday — dispatched the same day.
Order after 10am, Monday to Wednesday — dispatched the next working day.
Order after 10am Thursday, or any time Friday, Saturday or Sunday — dispatched the following Monday.
Public holidays shift everything to the next working day.

How long it takes

Delivery is 24–48 hours from dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us, and you can follow it on our site or the courier’s.

Where we deliver

UK mainland only — we don’t ship internationally.

We’re currently unable to deliver to the following postcode areas, as they’re outside a timeframe we’d trust with frozen food:

AB · DD · IV · KW · PA · PH · PA40 · PH26

Apologies if that’s you — we’d rather say no than send you a box of thawed meat.

If something goes wrong

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at woof@rawfeeder.co.uk if your order arrives late, damaged, defrosted, or incomplete. Photos help. We’ll refund or replace — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
