Frequently asked questions
What is Raw Feeder Rewards?
It's our free way of saying thank you. Every time you shop, review or follow us you collect points, and your points turn into money off future orders.
Who can join?
Anyone. Just create a Raw Feeder account and you're automatically a member.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for creating an account, placing orders, leaving product reviews, and following us on Facebook and Instagram. Make sure you're signed in when you order so the points go to your account.
How do I leave a review?
Go to the page of a product you've bought, scroll down to the reviews and tap Write a review. Use the same email as your Raw Feeder account so the points go to you.
How do I use my points?
Once you have 100 points, click the Loyalty Points button at the bottom of the page, choose your £5 reward and use the code at checkout on an order of £50 or more.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. Earn as many as you like.
Why are some of my points pending?
Points from orders are held as pending for a short time while the order is confirmed. Once approved, they're ready to use. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points for it are removed.
